What's free
Free delivery applies to our ≤8×3 cabins and tiny homes - anywhere in the North Island, from our Raglan workshop to the gate of your section. That's a single delivery on a flatbed or Hiab truck, with the cabin lifted into final position on your prepared foundation.
All cabin sizes (4.5×3 up to 8×3) qualify for free delivery. Tiny homes at 6m and 8m length (3m width) also qualify. 10m+ builds and 4m-wide builds attract a delivery surcharge - we quote it transparently before you sign.
What's not included
Free delivery covers transport. It doesn't include:
- Foundation pad preparation on your end (concrete piles, gravel pad, levelling)
- Power, water, sewer connections to the cabin once landed
- Hiab crane hire if your site needs a separate crane lift beyond the truck-mounted Hiab
- Site access work (driveway widening, tree trimming, fence removal)
- Delivery to the South Island (not part of our standard delivery - quoted separately)
Delivery timeline
We typically aim to deliver within 1–2 weeks of the build being completed at our workshop. For longer-distance deliveries (Wellington, Northland, East Coast), we batch deliveries to keep costs down - your delivery window will be confirmed at build sign-off.
