What's included in the starting price
Every cabin starts as a fully built, insulated, weather-tight unit. Standard inclusion: steel chassis, 100mm insulated Coloursteel® EPS panel construction, internal wall lining, single-glazed windows (double-glazing available as an upgrade), insulated floor, weather-tight door with deadlock, and free gate-to-gate North Island delivery on most ≤8×3 designs.
What's NOT included
Cabin prices are for the cabin itself. You'll typically also budget for:
- Site prep - gravel pad or concrete piles ($1,000–4,000)
- Power connection from house ($1,500–3,000 depending on distance)
- Heat pump or panel heater (~$1,000–2,500 installed)
- Council consent fee if required ($1,000–3,000)
- Interior fit-out beyond standard (extra power points, internal partitions, decking)
