Looking for a transportable home in Auckland? We build full-size, NZ-made transportable homes from 14m to 16m - three and four bedroom layouts delivered ready-to-live-in from our Raglan workshop. Auckland Council recognises 60 m² minor dwellings as exempt from full resource consent in many residential zones, making granny flats and small tiny homes one of the fastest ways to add housing to an existing section. Auckland buyers tend to want a smaller footprint - sections are tight and densification rules favour compact builds. Most of our Auckland customers go with a 6×3 or 10×3 tiny home, or a 4.5×3 cabin for sleepout / office use. A genuine alternative to a site-built home at a fraction of the build time and without the site disruption.

Our transportable home range starts at 14m x 4m (56 m²) with three bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom, and open-plan living - and goes up to 16m x 7m (112 m²) with four bedrooms, two living areas, and room for the whole family. Every build arrives fully wired and plumbed, ready for connection to services on your section.
Every build comes together in our Raglan workshop, fully wired and plumbed before it leaves the gate. Steel-frame chassis, Coloursteel® cladding, NZ-sourced joinery, double-glazed windows. We don't cut corners on the parts you live with every day.

Our pricing is the same whether you're in Auckland or up the road in Raglan - free North Island gate-to-gate delivery on most designs, no hidden surcharges. Larger 12m+ builds carry a small delivery surcharge; we'll quote it transparently.
