Looking for a tiny home in Auckland? We build NZ-made, fully self-contained tiny homes from 6m to 16m, delivered ready-to-live-in from our Raglan workshop. Auckland Council recognises 60 m² minor dwellings as exempt from full resource consent in many residential zones, making granny flats and small tiny homes one of the fastest ways to add housing to an existing section. Auckland buyers tend to want a smaller footprint - sections are tight and densification rules favour compact builds. Most of our Auckland customers go with a 6×3 or 10×3 tiny home, or a 4.5×3 cabin for sleepout / office use. Most of our designs include free North Island gate-to-gate delivery, and we're a WINZ-approved supplier - eligible clients can apply for assistance toward their build.

Our builds use 100mm insulated Coloursteel® EPS panels for rapid assembly and excellent thermal performance - fully insulated, NZ-made, ready to land on your section. Every build arrives fully wired and plumbed.
Every build comes together in our Raglan workshop, fully wired and plumbed before it leaves the gate. Steel-frame chassis, Coloursteel® cladding, NZ-sourced joinery, double-glazed windows. We don't cut corners on the parts you live with every day.

Our pricing is the same whether you're in Auckland or up the road in Raglan - free North Island gate-to-gate delivery on most designs, no hidden surcharges. Larger 12m+ builds carry a small delivery surcharge; we'll quote it transparently.
