Looking for a tiny home in Wellington? We build NZ-made, fully self-contained tiny homes from 6m to 16m, delivered ready-to-live-in from our Raglan workshop. Wellington City Council and Hutt City Council both recognise transportable cabins under 10 m² as exempt from building consent, though wind-zone engineering checks are often required for the wider Wellington region. Wellington buyers usually pick larger, fully insulated builds - wind and rain across the southerly mean a well-built, double-glazed cabin pays back fast. We deliver into Wellington 4–6 times a year and route via SH1 to keep transit predictable. Most of our designs include free North Island gate-to-gate delivery, and we're a WINZ-approved supplier - eligible clients can apply for assistance toward their build.

Every build comes together in our Raglan workshop, fully wired and plumbed before it leaves the gate. Steel-frame chassis, Coloursteel® cladding, NZ-sourced joinery, double-glazed windows. We don't cut corners on the parts you live with every day.
