Tiny Homes Raglan
Looking for a tiny home in Raglan? We build NZ-made, fully self-contained tiny homes from 6m to 16m, delivered ready-to-live-in from our Raglan workshop. Raglan falls under Waikato District Council, which applies standard NZ Building Act exemptions - small backyard cabins typically don't need consent, while permanent tiny homes used as primary dwellings usually do. Raglan is our home - our workshop is on Te Mata Road, and many of our customers are locals who've watched their cabin or tiny home being built. We've installed across the Whaingaroa Harbour catchment, into Te Uku rural sections, and on lifestyle blocks toward Whale Bay. Most of our designs include free North Island gate-to-gate delivery, and we're a WINZ-approved supplier - eligible clients can apply for assistance toward their build.

Our builds use 100mm insulated Coloursteel® EPS panels for rapid assembly and excellent thermal performance - fully insulated, NZ-made, ready to land on your section. Every build arrives fully wired and plumbed.
